Policies and Shipping

Credit cards & payment information

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Capital One.
Your payment method will be charged when your order, or part of your order, is ready to ship.
We do not accept checks.


We use UPS to ship. APO and military addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal System.
Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. will generally go USPS at customers expense.


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that has actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order. There is a 4 to 6 week wait on some back ordered items. .


If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back.
Ship returns via Ground UPS, FedEx or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs).
We do not refund shipping costs on any returns.
Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Custom orders are not returnable unless they are defective in nature, and then it will be replaced.
Replacement merchandise is shipped out the same way it was ordered from us.
Replacements that were purchased from a dealer will be shipped out via FedEx Ground.

All returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail. In addition all returns must have a copy of the reciept with the date purchased to be considered for a warranty. All returned items will be inspected for warranty consideration.


We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with all information we offer here.
We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create.
