At AC Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order parts (e.g., custom-fabricated subframes or specialty fitments)
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@acracing.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AC Racing is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
