AC Cooler Rack Wide Grab Bar Honda TRX400EX & TRX400X is a rugged, lightweight aluminum rack designed to securely carry a cooler while also giving you a wider, stronger rear grab point for lifting, pushing, and maneuvering your quad. Built for riders who trail ride, camp, hunt, or spend long days in the dunes, it adds real utility without a bulky look.

This setup uses a proven clamp-on mounting system that clamps to the rear grab bar for a tight, rattle-free hold. The clamp sandwiches the grab bar using a .190" thick aluminum upper plate and a 4mm thick aluminum lower plate, providing a strong, secure mounting surface for the rack and cooler load.

For whip/flag setups, it also includes a relocation mount made from 1/4" thick aluminum with a 1/2" hole, and it’s double-welded (top and bottom) for added strength so it holds up to vibration and rough terrain.
