Allow the engine to cool completely before beginning work. Ensure the ATV is stable and will not roll during installation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStep 2 – Remove the Stock Footpegs\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRemove Foot Pegs, Brackets and Plastics Shrouds. Install Peg mounts using (7) 8 x 30 and (1) 8 x 25 goes in the right side mount in the inside front hole. Leave Bolts loose until all bolts are in place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStep 3 – Secure the Front Fenders\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInstall 10mm washers to space fenders to fender brackets. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStep 4 – Front Bracket Install\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInstall Front backet (steel) to rear 'A arm\" mounts and tighten them securely. Install front aluminum mount usin (2) 6 x 20 hhcs bolts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStep 5 – Sliding Nerf Bars into Position\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSlide Nerf Bars into the Mounts leaving a little space to put bolts into rear support brackets. Install rear support brackets and finish sliding into place. (2) 8 x 20 bolts go into the end of Nerf Bar (1) 6 x 20 replaces left side bolt and (1) 6 x 25 replaces right side bolt for the fender supports.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStep 6 – Drilling Front Mount\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrill Front Mount both sides using a 21\/64 Drill (Horizontally). Install (2) 8 x 50 bolts, (4) 8mm washers, and (2) 8mm Nylock Nuts.
