1. Overview These Terms and Conditions govern your use of acracing.com and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products AC Racing sells aftermarket powersports components including bumpers, nerf bars, grab bars, cooler racks, and subframes for ATVs, three-wheelers, and dirt bikes. All products are designed as bolt-on upgrades. Installation is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend professional installation where applicable.
3. Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing.
4. Shipping We ship within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup. AC Racing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds We accept returns of eligible items within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sales1acracing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return; if approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Shipping charges are non‑refundable**, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we sent the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Final sale, special‑order items, and used/installed electrical components are not eligible for return.
6. Payment Obligation By completing a purchase on AC Racing, the purchaser unconditionally agrees to pay in full for all products ordered, under any and all circumstances. The purchaser further agrees to be responsible for any and all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with the collection of payment for said purchase, including but not limited to collection agency fees, attorney's fees, court costs, and any applicable processing or transaction fees. This obligation survives the cancellation, return dispute, or chargeback of any order and remains binding regardless of the circumstances under which collection becomes necessary.
7. Fitment & Compatibility It is the buyer's responsibility to verify product compatibility with their specific vehicle make, model, and year before purchasing. AC Racing is not liable for purchases made based on incorrect fitment assumptions.
8 . Limitation of Liability AC Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property All content on acracing.com — including images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of AC Racing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
