Cooler Rack Honda ATC250R 1985 1986 from AC Racing is proudly Made in USA and designed for dependable cooler storage during trail rides, dune riding, desert adventures, camping trips, and race-day use. This rack is purpose-built for Honda ATC250R models from 1985–1986 and provides a secure bolt-on mounting platform with a clean, handcrafted appearance.

Constructed from durable 1-inch thick-wall tubing, the rack offers strength and stability during demanding riding conditions. The side rails that mount to the ATV are made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum flat bar for added durability.

The cooler basket area measures 8 1/2 inches × 11 inches, providing space for a compatible cooler or storage container. The integrated grab handle measures 21 inches outside-to-outside, offering a sturdy and convenient handhold.

The flag/whip antenna mount is made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum, includes a 1/2-inch hole, and is welded on both sides for additional strength and durability. Each rack is Heli-arc welded for strong, clean welds and a distinctive handcrafted look.

The rack is available in an aluminum or black finish. Mounting hardware and an adjustable cooler strap are included with every rack to help keep the cooler secure over rough terrain.
