Durable Construction

The side mounting rails are made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum flat bar, creating a strong connection point to the ATV. The cooler basket area measures 8 1/2 inches × 11 inches, providing practical space for a compatible cooler or storage container.

The integrated grab handle measures 21 inches outside-to-outside, providing a sturdy and convenient handhold. The flag/whip antenna mount is made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum, includes a 1/2-inch hole, and is welded on both sides for added strength and durability.

The rack is Heli-arc welded for strong, clean welds and a distinctive handcrafted look that reflects AC Racing’s attention to detail.
