AC Cooler Rack Honda TRX400EX TRX400X is a rugged, lightweight aluminum rack built to securely carry a cooler on your Honda TRX400EX or TRX400X for trail rides, hunting trips, camping, or race-day pit use. Designed for a tight, rattle-free fit, it keeps your load stable over rough terrain while maintaining a clean, factory-style look.

Made for precise fitment and durability, this rack installs with a straightforward bolt-on/clamp-on setup—no cutting or drilling required. This mounts clamping to the rear grab bar using a .190" thick aluminum upper plate and a 4mm thick aluminum lower plate for a strong, secure hold. Each rack includes the mounting hardware and a black strap to help keep your cooler firmly secured.

For riders running a whip, this rack also includes a flag/whip relocation mount: a 1/4" thick aluminum tab with a 1/2" hole, double-welded (top and bottom) for added strength and durability.
