Cooler Rack Honda TRX450R 2006–2014 from AC Racing is proudly Made in USA and built for dependable cooler storage on the trail, dunes, desert rides, camping trips, and race-day pits. Constructed from durable 1-inch thick-wall tubing, this rack provides a secure mounting platform with a clean, handcrafted finish.

The side rails that mount to the ATV are made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum flat bar for strength and stability. The cooler basket area measures 8 1/2 inches × 11 inches, providing practical space for a compatible cooler or storage container.

The integrated grab handle measures 21 inches outside-to-outside, offering a sturdy and convenient handhold. A flag/whip antenna mount, made from 1/4-inch × 1 1/2-inch aluminum, features a 1/2-inch hole and is welded on both sides for added durability.

The rack is Heli-arc welded for strong, clean welds and a distinctive handcrafted look. It is available in an aluminum or black finish. Each rack includes mounting hardware and an adjustable cooler strap to help keep the cooler securely in place during rides over rough terrain.
